How TopAesthetics uses ClinicOS to improve patient conversion across the funnel
TopAesthetics, a leading plastic surgery clinic in Fort Lauderdale, wanted to improve the percentage of leads who share photos before a consultation. This gives them a much higher likelihood of converting those leads as they have a photo and other necessary information outlining their ideal transformation.
They decided to integrate AI simulations directly into their existing patient workflow with two specific goals.
Increase the conversion of leads who share photos pre-consult.
Increase the percentage of leads that convert through their qualification process by providing a simulation as a carat
Since TopAesthetics has a custom lead qualification process, they eschewed our normal integration (link) and chose to have us integrate with their experience.
ClinicOS added a popup with a welcoming video for patients to have a sense of what to expect when they started the simulation process. (visual - you can link it from their staging environment, this can be a gif)
ClinicOS plugged their simulations into TopAesthetics sophisticated patient onboarding to drive higher rates of patients taking pre-consultation photos, a step where patients often hesitate and drop off.

TopAesthetics both increased their patient conversion and the rate of patients who share photos pre-consult, making it significantly easier for them to convert more leads and ensure that they can deliver a top aesthetic experience. As an easter egg, we included a Spanish language translation for our photo capture AI, to ensure full support across their diverse patient base.
